Once the canvas fabrics and accessories have been received, the confection of our Launi jumpsuit is carried out in a garment factory in Benin, respecting international standards.
Why Benin? With Esthet, our goal is also to develop long-term partnerships and build a value chain for targeted fabrics such as cotton (from cultivation to clothing, including weaving and dyeing). West Africa, and in particular Benin, are areas that we are targeting in the pursuit of this objective, given our special attachment to these regions. Being aware of the R&D process necessary to achieve our objective, we had in mind for this first collection to find partners rather located in Europe. However, we did meet some remarkable actors on a journey of exploration, who made us want to start collaborating with them sooner than expected.
