What are the shipping delays ?
When a product is offered for pre-order, it is because it has not yet been produced.
The manufacture of the products is only started after the end of the pre-order period with our suppliers and provided that the minimum manufacturing quantities have been reached.
The times between your pre-order and delivery vary depending on the type of product offered and its manufacturing requirements.
You will be regularly informed of the manufacturing steps and the progress of your order.
As soon as the pre-order period ends and after checking with our suppliers and manufacturers of the manufacturing times, you will be informed of the final delivery time of your Esthet’s product. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and you will be reminded of it in the email you receive when you place an order.
In any case, the maximum delivery time for pre-order products will be 4 months from the end of the pre-order campaign.
In the event of an order for products in stock, they will be delivered within three weeks after the placing the order on our site. Once the package has been dispatched, Colissimo delivery time is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.
How to track my order ?
When sending your package, you will receive an email confirmation containing the link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.
What are the shipping costs ?
The delivery charges applicable to our products are as follows:
- Free shipping in France for any order greater than or equal to 100 euros
- Free shipping in Europe for any order greater than or equal to 150 euros
- Free international shipping (outside Europe) for all orders over 200 euros.
In France, the price of shipping will be 5 euros.
In Europe, the price of shipping will be 10 euros and internationally 30 euros.
Can I return my product ?
You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your product to return it to us for a refund or to make an exchange.
Your return request can be made online, by sending us an email to contact@esthetstudio.com. Esthet Studio will send you an electronic confirmation without delay.
You must return your product no later than 14 days following the sending of your withdrawal using the return slip provided by Esthet Studio to the address which will be indicated.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
Exchange will be possible depending on the stocks.
Otherwise, we will refund your entire order.
